شروط وقواعد النشر بالمجلة
– يقوم الباحث بتنسيق البحث حسب شروط المجلة المذكورة أدناه.
– يقوم الباحث بإرسال البحث المنسق على شكل ملف وورد، إلى البريد الإلكتروني[email protected] /[email protected]:
– يجب أن يكون البحث مكتوباً بلغة سليمة،
– يجب أن تكون المادة المرسلة للنشر أصيلة ولم ترسل للنشر في أي جهة أخرى.
– يلتزم الباحث بالأصول العلمية المتعارف عليها في إعداد وكتابة البحوث .
– يجب إثبات مصادر المعلومات وتوثيق الاقتباس واحترام الأمانة العلمية في الإحالات والمراجع والمصادر.
– يتمّ تقويم البحث من محكّمين.
– يتم إبلاغ الباحث بنتائج التحكيم خلال 20يوم، بالقبول للبحث أو الرفض أو إجراء التعديلات.
– يقوم الباحث بالتعديلات المطلوبة ثم يتم متابعة التعديلات من قيل لجان التحكيم . يتم إرسال البحث مع تقرير بقبول البحث بشكل نهائي من لجان التحكيم .
-يتم إرسال خطاب رسمي من المجلة بقبول البحث للنشر.
يراعي الباحث ما يلي:
– اسم الباحث (الباحثين) ، الوصف الوظيفي ، المؤسسة التي يعمل بها ،
– الملخّص باللغة العربية ثم الكلمات المفتاحية
– الملخّص باللغة الانجليزية ثم الكلمات المفتاحية
ترتيب المحتوى: محتوى البحث حسب شروط مجلة المنارة للدراسات القانونية والادارية : المقدمة ،مشكلة الدراسة ،أسئلة الدراسة ، أهمية الدراسة ، أهداف الدراسة ، مصطلحات الدراسة الإطار النظري والدراسات السابقة ، منهج الدراسة، أداة الدراسة ، نتائج الدراسة، ومناقشة النتائج ، التوصيات ،المصادر والمراجع
تنسيق البحث :يتم تنسيق الورقة على (قياس A4)، بحيث يكون نوع وحجم الخط وفق شروط محددة، وهي:
– نوع الخط في الابحاث باللغة العربية هو Simplified Arabic، حجم الخط 16 غامق للعنوان الرئيس، 14 غامق للعناوين الفرعية، 14 عادي لباقي النصوص وترقيم الصفحات و المسافة بين الأسطر يجب أن لا تقل عن 1.5 .
– نوع الخط في الأبحاث باللغة الفرنسية او الإنجليزية هو Times New Roman، حجم الخط 14 غامق للعنوان الرئيس، 12 غامق للعناوين الفرعية، 12 عادي لباقي النصوص وترقيم الصفحات و المسافة بين الأسطر يجب أن لا تقل عن 1.5 .
حجم البحث والملخص :ألا يزيد عدد صفحات البحث على (30) صفحة . ويجب أرفاق ملخص مكون من 200 – 250 كلمة باللغتين العربية والانجليزية ، بالإضافة إلى كلمات مفتاحية لا تقل عن 6 كلمات.
التوثيق : يتم التوثيق وفقا لأسلوب الجمعية الأمريكية السيكولوجية (( APA وعلى النحو التالي داخل البحث إذا كان المرجع كتابا يكتب اسم العائلة والسنة ، مثال( السرهيد ، 2005).وإذا كان المرجع بحثا في مجلة علمية يراعى ما سبق ، أما إذا كان موقعا على الأنترنت فيكتب : اسم المؤلف ، عنوان المقال ، السنة ، الموقع ، السنة ، التاريخ ،.بالنسبة للمصادر والمراجع ، ترد المصادر العربية ، ثم المصادر الأجنبية .
الهوامش: تستخدم هوامش الصفحات السفلية لذكر أي ملاحظة، أو لتوضيح أي معلومة واردة في متن البحث، أو للتوثيق في بعض الأبحاث ولا مانع من ذلك ، وتوضع بين قوسين في أسفل الصفحة ، أو يعمل لها ملحق للهوامش توضع في نهاية البحث
المراجع:
– ترتب أرقام المراجع في قائمة المراجع بالتسلسل، وذلك بعد مراعاة ترتيب المراجع هجائياً في القائمة حسب اسم المؤلف وفقاً للآتي:
أ. إذا كان المرجع بحثاً في دورية:
— اسم الباحث (الباحثين) بدءاً باسم العائلة،. ”عنوان البحث،“ اسم الدورية ، رقم المجلد، رقم العدد، ، سنة النشر.
ب.إذا كان المرجع كتاباً:
— اسم المؤلف (المؤلفين) بدءاً باسم العائلة، عنوان الكتاب ، اسم الناشر، سنة النشر.
جـ. إذا كان المرجع رسالة ماجستير أو دكتوراه:
— يكتب اسم صاحب الرسالة بدءاً باسم العائلة، ”عنوان الدراسة،“ يذكر رسالة ماجستير أو دكتوراه ، اسم الجامعة، السنة.
د.إذا كان المرجع نشرة أو إحصائية صادرة عن جهة رسمية:
— يكتب اسم الجهة، عنوان التقرير ، المدينة، ، سنة النشر.
هـ.إذا كان المرجع موقع الكتروني:
— يكتب اسم المؤلف، عنوان الموضوع ، سنة النشر والتاريخ ، الرابط الالكتروني.
- يخضع ترتيب المقالات في المجلة على أسس موضوعية.
- تعبر المضامين الواردة في المقال على أراء أصحابها ولا تمثل أراء المجلة.
- أي خرق لقواعد البحث العلمي أو الأمانة العلمية يتحملها الباحث صاحب المقال بصفة كاملة.
- كل بحث أو مقال لا تتوفر فيه الشروط لا يؤخذ بعين الاعتبار ولا يتم نشره مهما كانت قيمته العلمية.
- يرفق البحث بمختصر السيرة العلمية للباحث باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- -يمكن للباحث إجراء التعديلات المطلوبة وإرسال البحث المعدل إلى نفس البريد الإلكتروني المذكور سالفا
- Terms and conditions of publication in the magazine
The researcher coordinates the research according to the journal’s terms mentioned below.
– The researcher sends the formatted research in the form of a Word file to [email protected] /[email protected]:
– The research must be written in correct language
The material sent for publication must be original and not sent for publication by any other party.
The researcher is committed to the recognized scientific principles in preparing and writing research.
Sources of information must be proven, citations must be documented, and scientific honesty must be respected in referrals, references, and sources.
– The research is evaluated by judges.
– The researcher will be informed of the arbitration results within 20 days, whether the research has been accepted, rejected, or modifications have been made.
– The researcher makes the required amendments, then the amendments are followed up by the arbitration committees. The research is sent with a report of the final acceptance of the research by the arbitration committees.
An official letter is sent from the journal accepting the research for publication.
The researcher takes into account the following:
– Name of the researcher(s), job description, institution in which he works,
– Summary in Arabic, then keywords
– Summary in English, then keywords
Content arrangement: Research content according to the terms of Al Manara Journal for Legal and Administrative Studies: Introduction, study problem, study questions, study importance, study objectives, study terminology, theoretical framework and previous studies, study methodology, study tool, study results, discussion of results, recommendations, sources and references
Search format: The paper is formatted on (A4 size), so that the font type and size are according to specific conditions, which are:
– The font type in Arabic research is Simplified Arabic. The font size is 16 bold for the main title, 14 bold for the sub-titles, 14 plain for the rest of the texts and page numbering, and the distance between the lines must not be less than 1.5.
– The font type in research in French or English is Times New Roman. The font size is 14 bold for the main title, 12 bold for subheadings, 12 plain for the rest of the texts and page numbering, and the distance between lines must not be less than 1.5.
Search size and summary: The number of search pages should not exceed (30) pages. A summary of 200 – 250 words must be attached in Arabic and English, in addition to at least 6 keywords.
Documentation: Documentation is done according to the American Psychological Association method (APA) and as follows within the research if the reference is a book, the family name and year are written, for example (Al-Sarheed, 2005).If the reference is a research paper in a scientific journal, the above must be taken into account. However, if it is a website, the author’s name, article title, year, location, year, date must be written.For sources and references, Arabic sources are mentioned, then foreign sources.Footnotes: The margins of the bottom pages are used to mention any note, or to clarify any information contained in the body of the research, or to document some research, and there is no objection to that. They are placed in parentheses at the bottom of the page, or an appendix is made to them for the margins that are placed at the end of the research
References:
– The reference numbers in the reference list are arranged sequentially, after taking into account the alphabetical order of the references in the list according to the author’s name, as follows:
- If the reference is a research paper in a journal:
— Name of researcher(s) starting with last name. ”Research title,“ Journal name, volume number, issue number, year of publication.
B.If the reference is a book:
— Name of author(s) starting with last name, book title, publisher name, year of publication.
- If the reference is a master’s or doctoral thesis:
— Write the name of the thesis author starting with the family name, ”the title of the study, “ mention a master’s or doctoral thesis, the name of the university, and the year.
D.If the reference is a bulletin or statistic issued by an official body:
— Write the name of the entity, title of the report, city, and year of publication.
H.If the reference is a website:
— Write the author’s name, topic title, year of publication and date, and electronic link.
The ranking of articles in the journal is subject to objective criteria.
The contents contained in the article express the opinions of their authors and do not represent the opinions of the magazine.
Any breach of the rules of scientific research or scientific integrity shall be borne entirely by the researcher who wrote the article.
Any research or article that does not meet the requirements will not be considered or published, regardless of its scientific value.
The research is accompanied by a summary of the researcher’s scientific biography in Arabic and English.
The researcher can make the required modifications and send the modified research to the same email mentioned above.
