سلسلة يديرها الدكتور رضوان العنبي باحث في القانون العام مجلة المنارة للدراسات القانونية والإدارية دورية علمية  محكمة، ربع سنوية، تصدر في نهاية شهور مارس، يونيو، سبتمبر وديسمبر من كل عام،  مستقلة غير تابعة لأية مؤسسة عامة أو خاصة
وتتولى لجنة علمية تضم نخبة من الأساتذة الباحثين و المتخصصين في المجالات القانونية والإدارية تقييم الدراسات وتحكيم البحوث العلمية المعدة للنشر
وتعنى مجلة المنارة للدراسات القانونية والإدارية بنشر البحوث القانونية والادارية باللغتين العربية والفرنسية، وكذلك نشر تقارير الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية التي عقدت حديثاً في هذه المجالات، كما تتيح المجلة للباحثين القانونيين والإداريين فرصة نشر  رسائلهم العلمية، من  ماستر ، ماجستير ودكتوراه، والتي نوقشت حديثاً في الجامعات المغربية و العربية والأجنبية، وذلك كله وفقاً لقواعد وإجراءات النشر الخاصة بالمجلة.
وتهدف المجلة إلى إتاحة الفرصة أمام الباحثين لنشر بحوثهم القانونية والادارية  الرصينة والمبتكرة من أجل إثراء وتنمية البحث العلمي في هذه المجالات، وتوظيف نتائج هذه البحوث في خدمة المجتمعات ومواكبة التطورات المتلاحقة على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي و الدولي، كما تهدف إلى متابعة المستجدات العلمية في المجال القانوني والإداري ، وهو ما سيؤدي إلى توطيد الصلات العلمية والفكرية بين الباحثين من مختلف دول العالم

مجلة المنارة للدراسات القانونية والادارية هي مجلة مفتوحة الوصول، وبالتالي لا توجد رسوم مطلوبة لتنزيل أي منشور من موقع المجلة من قبل المؤلفين والقراء

About the journal

A series run by Dr. Radwan Al-Anbi, a researcher in public law. Al-Manara Journal of Legal and Administrative Studies, a peer-reviewed, quarterly scientific journal, published at the end of March, June, September, and December of each year, independently and not affiliated with any public or private institution
A scientific committee comprising a group of research professors and specialists in legal and administrative fields is responsible for evaluating studies and judging scientific research prepared for publication
Al Manara Journal of Legal and Administrative Studies publishes legal and administrative research in Arabic and French, as well as reports from recent scientific seminars and conferences held in these fields. The journal also provides legal and administrative researchers with the opportunity to publish their academic theses, including master’s, master’s, and doctoral theses, which have been recently discussed in Moroccan, Arab, and foreign universities, all in accordance with the journal’s publishing rules and procedures.
The journal aims to provide researchers with the opportunity to publish their solid and innovative legal and administrative research in order to enrich and develop scientific research in these fields, and to employ the results of this research in serving societies and keeping pace with successive developments at the national, regional and international levels. It also aims to follow up on scientific developments in the legal and administrative field, which will lead to consolidating scientific and intellectual ties between researchers from different countries of the world

Al Manara Journal of Legal and Administrative Studies is an open access journal, and therefore no fees are required for authors and readers to download any publication from the journal’s website
