سياسة الخصوصية والبيانات الشخصية

يُعدّ ضمان خصوصية بيانات المستخدمين الشخصية أمراً في غاية الأهمية بالنسبة للويبو. وباستثناء الحالات التي تنطبق فيها قواعد محدّدة بشأن البيانات الشخصية والخصوصية، تخضع معالجة البيانات الشخصية التي تقوم بها الويبو من خلال موقعها الإلكتروني (وخدماتها الإلكترونية الأخرى) للشروط التالية التي يوافق عليها المستخدم بتصفحه موقع الويبو الإلكتروني واستخدامه خدماتها الإلكترونية.

ملفات تعريف الارتباط

ملفات تعريف الارتباط عبارة عن نصوص صغيرة يتم إرسالها من خادم ويب وتخزينها على جهاز مستخدم، مثل حاسوب أو هاتف محمول. ويستخدم كل من موقع الويبو الإلكتروني وخدماتها الإلكترونية ملفات تعريف الارتباط لتزويد المستخدم بتجربة تصفح محسّنة، بما في ذلك ميزات مثل تسجيل دخول فردي عبر خدمات الويبو المختلفة أو تذكّر إعدادات المستخدم اللغوية، فضلاً عن التحسين المستمر لموقع الويبو الإلكتروني وخدماتها الإلكترونية على أساس مراقبة استخدام كل منها وتوجهات ذلك الاستخدام. ولذلك الغرض، قد يستخدم كل من موقع الويبو الإلكتروني والخدمات الإلكترونية الأخرى أدوات تحليل الويب المختلفة بغرض جمع عدة أمور منها اسم مستخدم حساب الويبو (للمستخدمين الذين قاموا بتسجيل الدخول)، أو معلومات عن عنوان بروتوكول الإنترنت للمستخدمين، أو الوقت الذي يقضيه المستخدمون في موقع الويبو الإلكتروني أو الخدمات الإلكترونية، أو صفحات الويب التي يزورها المستخدمون، أو وقت الزيارة وتاريخها.

وتُستخدم المعلومات التي تُجمع عبر ملفات تعريف الارتباط والأدوات التحليلية بطريقة مجمَّعة ومجهولة الهوية لأغراض إحصائية، وليس لتحديد هوية آحاد المستخدمين.

ويجوز للمستخدمين، حسب متصفح الويب الخاص بهم، حذف ملفات تعريف الارتباط في أي وقت و/أو إجراء إعدادات عامة فيما يتعلق بقبول ملفات تعريف الارتباط ورفضها وحذفها. ولكن قد يؤدي ذلك إلى حجب بعض ميزات موقع الويبو الإلكتروني وخدماتها الإلكترونية.

Ensuring the privacy of users’ personal data is extremely important to Weibo. Except where specific rules regarding personal data and privacy apply, the processing of personal data carried out by WIPO through its website (and other electronic services) is subject to the following conditions that the user agrees to by browsing the WIPO website and using its electronic services.

Cookies

Cookies are small texts that are sent from a web server and stored on a user’s device, such as a computer or mobile phone. Both the WIPO Website and its Electronic Services use cookies to provide the user with an enhanced browsing experience, including features such as individual login via different WIPO Services or remembering the user’s language settings, as well as continuous improvement of the WIPO Website and its Electronic Services based on monitoring the use of each and the directions of that use. For this purpose, both the WIPO Website and other electronic services may use various web analysis tools to collect, inter alia, the WIPO account username (for logged in users), information about users’ IP address, time spent by users on the WIPO Website or electronic services, web pages visited by users, or the time and date of the visit.

The information collected via cookies and analytical tools is used in an aggregated and anonymous manner for statistical purposes, not to identify individual users.

Users may, depending on their web browser, delete cookies at any time and/or make general settings regarding accepting, rejecting and deleting cookies. However, this may result in some features of the WIPO Website and its electronic services being blocked.
