Al Manara Journal of Legal and Administrative Studies is a peer-reviewed scientific journal published quarterly at the end of March, June, September and December each year. It is an independent publication, not affiliated with any public or private institution.
A scientific committee composed of a distinguished group of academic researchers and specialists in legal and administrative fields is responsible for evaluating and peer-reviewing studies submitted for publication
The journal aims, in particular, to:
- Provide researchers with the opportunity to publish solid and innovative legal and administrative studies in order to enrich and advance scientific research in these fields, and to apply the findings to serve communities and keep pace with rapid developments at the national, regional and international levels.
- Monitor scientific developments in the legal and administrative fields, thereby strengthening intellectual and academic ties among researchers from around the world.
- Contribute to enrichment and deepening of legal and administrative knowledge through the publication of research papers in Arabic, French, and English; and also through the publication of reports from recently held symposia and scientific conferences, as well as commentary on court rulings and summaries of distinguished academic theses.
- Following up on legal and administrative activities and publish them by issuing special edition covering the events and research of conferences and legal seminars organized by the Center.
- Offer legal and administrative researchers the opportunity to publish their academic theses (Master’s, Magister, and PhD degrees) recently defended in Moroccan, Arab and international universities, all in accordance with the journal’s publishing rules and procedures.
- Strengthen intellectual ties and promote legal and administrative culture among researchers to enhance scientific exchange.
- Broaden the impact of legal and administrative research and studies by making journal issues available to readers and researchers through its online platform, while also ensuring its continuous development and updating.
- Promote dialogue and discussion on current issues within the fields of interest covered by the journal.
مجلة المنارة للدراسات القانونية والإدارية دورية علمية محكمة، ربع سنوية، تصدر في نهاية شهور مارس، يونيو، سبتمبر وديسمبر من كل عام، مستقلة غير تابعة لأية مؤسسة عامة أو خاصة
وتتولى لجنة علمية تضم نخبة من الأساتذة الباحثين و المتخصصين في المجالات القانونية والإدارية تقييم الدراسات وتحكيم البحوث العلمية المعدة للنشر
وتهدف المجلة بصفة خاصة إلى :
- إتاحة الفرصة أمام الباحثين لنشر بحوثهم القانونية والادارية الرصينة والمبتكرة من أجل إثراء وتنمية البحث العلمي في هذه المجالات، وتوظيف نتائج هذه البحوث في خدمة المجتمعات ومواكبة التطورات المتلاحقة على المستوى الوطني والإقليمي و الدولي،
- كما تهدف إلى متابعة المستجدات العلمية في المجال القانوني والإداري ، وهو ما سيؤدي إلى توطيد الصلات العلمية والفكرية بين الباحثين من مختلف دول العالم.
- الاسهام في اثراء المعرفة القانونية والإدارية وتعميقها من خلال بنشر البحوث القانونية والادارية باللغات: العربية ،الفرنسية والانجليزية، وكذلك نشر تقارير الندوات والمؤتمرات العلمية التي عقدت حديثاً في هذه المجالات فضلا” عن التعليق على الاحكام القضائية وملخصات الرسائل الجامعية المتميزة
- متابعة النشاطات القانونية والإدارية ونشرها من خلال اصدار اعداد خاصة بوقائع وبحوث المؤتمرات والندوات القانونية التي يعقدها المركز
- تتيح المجلة للباحثين القانونيين والإداريين فرصة نشر رسائلهم العلمية، من ماستر ، ماجستير ودكتوراه، والتي نوقشت حديثاً في الجامعات المغربية و العربية والأجنبية، وذلك كله وفقاً لقواعد وإجراءات النشر الخاصة بالمجلة.
- توثيق الروابط الفكرية ونشر الثقافة القانونية والإدارية بين الباحثين لتحقيق التواصل العلمي بينهم.
- تعميم الفائدة من نشر البحوث والدراسات القانونية والإدارية بوضع اعداد المجلة بين ايدي القراء والباحثين على موقع المجلة في الشبكة العنكبوتية (الانترنيت) وتطوير الموقع وتحديثه.
- تعزيز الحوار والمناقشة حول القضايا الراهنة في مجالات اهتمامات المجلة
